Your profile is available for other Members to view. Your Member Profile will not disclose any identifying information about You, except Your “username” and any other information or photographs You submit for inclusion in Your profile. At times, we may feature Members’ profiles in newsletters and editorials which we may send to Members from time to time. If You do not wish to be included in these publications, please let us know.
   2. Confidential information Your name, address and telephone number are confidential and will not be posted in Your profile. This information will be stored safely on our computers and we will always use our best endeavours to hold and transmit Your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.
2. Minors under 18 years of age not eligible:
   1. People under 18 years of age are not eligible to use our services, and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to Us.
3. Other Use of Your Information:
   1. We may also use information which You have provided Us about You to:
      1. resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms and Conditions;
      2. improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyse Your usage of Our Website, improve our content and product offerings in general; or

As a Member You will have access to Members’ profiles, and You might gain access to other contact information of Members through the use of these services. You may only use such information for:
      1. Lovesearch related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and
      2. any other purpose that such Member expressly agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s).
   2. In all cases, You must give Members an opportunity to remove themselves from Your database and a chance to review what information You have collected about them.
   3. Under no circumstances can You disclose personally identifiable information about another Member to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other Member.
6. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Profile:
   1. We will retain in our files information You have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms and Conditions. You should not expect that all of Your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to Your requests.
7. Control of Your Password:
   1. You are responsible for all actions taken with Your username and password. Therefore we do not recommend that You disclose Your Lovesearch password or login information to any third parties. If You choose to share this information with third parties, You are responsible for all actions taken with Your username and password.

   1. The Lovesearch Website may use cookies to assign user ID and maintain Members’ customised settings on our Website. Cookies are not used by Lovesearch to access information stored in Your computer.
